Opticianry Career Days at Darende Bekir Ilıcak Vocational School

The Opticianry Career Days event, organized by the Opticianry Program of Malatya Turgut Özal University Darende Bekir Ilıcak Vocational School, brought together students with professionals from the optical sector.

Held on May 16, 2025, in the Vocational School Conference Hall, the event covered topics such as the current state of the optical industry, career opportunities, the requirements for establishing an opticianry institution, and the international outlook of the sector. The event was attended by academic staff and students of the Opticianry Program.

The event was moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lütfi Bilal TAŞYÜREK, with guest speakers including Veysel AKDEMİR, Responsible Manager of Malatya Ela Optik, and Emre DOĞAN from ZEISS Turkey.

The event, which highlighted current opportunities in the opticianry profession, concluded with the presentation of gifts and a group photo session.
